I’ll guide you through each step of getting your home ready to hit the market, and yes—this includes covering the cost of staging and professional photography. Your home will be marketed exceptionally well, with the goal of getting as many eyes as possible on your listing. No cell phone photos. No shortcuts. Everything is professionally orchestrated from start to finish with your best outcome in mind.

And while that’s happening, we’ll also be searching for the right next home for you. When we find it, I’ll help you secure it and support you through your due diligence. You’ll have the connections, the information, and the guidance you need at every step.
